I created Herb & Frequency Lounge from my own healing journey. After battling fibroids and navigating life’s challenges, I discovered the power of herbs, nutrition, and holistic living. Now, I am building a space where others can access the same healing, knowledge, and community that transformed my life.
I earned a Master of Science in Corporate Communications & Public Relations from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Jackson State University.
